Let’s be physically active…
Recognizing the negative impact that prolonged sitting can have on both physical and mental health, we incorporate regular physical activity into our workday.
Twice a day, at 10:00 AM and 1:15 PM, all members of Macsarahair take a break from their desks, stand up, and engage in a brief exercise routine accompanied by energizing music.
Exercise not only helps to relieve stress, but also leaves us feeling recharged and ready to tackle our tasks with renewed focus and productivity.

At Macsarahair, we understand the importance of caring for our mental wellbeing. Therefore, we have designated Tuesdays and Thursdays as days for nourishing our souls through the listening of spiritual podcasts. Some topics we’ve listened to include peace, happiness and mindfulness. By setting aside this time, we are able to reflect, gain insight, and cultivate a sense of inner peace that carries over into our work and personal lives.
After listening, our director and several of us will share our thoughts on the topic. This helps foster a sense of connection and community among our company members.
