If I’m not satisfied with your products, what is your policy?
We have a fair and transparent return policy and treat all customers with respect and honesty. We offer a replacement or full refund for products that have a defect or are incorrect. Packaging must be kept intact. However, we cannot offer a full refund for hair extensions damaged due to improper use.
- Refund policy: the full refund will be applied when customers have not used the hair yet and sent it back within 7 days.
- Return process: When you return the hair, please declare “synthetic hair” with low value so that we can work with Vietnamese customs easily. I will give you a refund or replacement when we receive it. Besides, shipping instructions and any required documentation will be discussed later.
- Shipping costs: If the hair extensions are damaged due to improper use, customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Please notice that before shipping, we always take pictures and videos of the products before sending them to customers. To avoid any dispute, please check pictures and videos with the salesperson to whom you spoke.
