Macsara’s Summer Trip to Cat Ba Island 2023: Capturing Unforgettable Moments

As part of our corporate culture that puts members’ wellbeing at heart, Macsara team has recently had an unforgettable trip to Cat Ba Island. This three-day summer trip is a chance for us to recharge our energy after days of hard work and strengthen the bonds within our team.

Exploring the untamed beauty of Lan Ha Bay

We spent the whole afternoon of the first day exploring the scenic view of Lan Ha Bay – a must-visit site when coming to Cat Ba.

Kayaking through the awe-inspiring limestone formations and karsts was a very enjoyable experience. Immersing ourselves in the tranquility and breathtaking view that Lan Ha Bay offers helped us feel relaxed after tiring days.

After finishing the kayaking adventure, we found ourselves indulging in the irresistible charm of the waters. We felt like the refreshing and cool waters swept away the strains of daily life and connected us together.

Fun team-building activities

We believe that a united team will drive the success of a business, so we prioritize activities that engage the participation of all members. The morning of the second day was filled with joy and excitement as we took part in a series of team-building activities.

Despite the hot weather, everyone was really enthusiastic to participate. We were divided into 3 smaller teams to compete in many exciting games, such as “Grab Treasure with Balls”, “Moving Partner with Inflatable Pillars”, “Follow the Team Leader’s Dance”.

In the face of the elements, our shared camaraderie and the thrill of these games created a vibrant atmosphere of unity that carried us through the sweltering day.

Heartwarming Gala Dinner

The highlight of the trip was our Gala Dinner – a night to remember. We gathered under a cozy atmosphere, having dinner together and celebrating members’ birthdays. And the night wouldn’t have been complete without the fun games hosted by a humorous MC.

Laughter echoed as we enjoyed games, sang, and danced together. It wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that the heartwarming Gala Dinner made the bond among Macsara’s members stronger than ever.

Running race – Run with Heart

A striking feature of our corporate culture is valuing health, as we believe good health is the foundation of any success. At work, we take a break twice a day to do exercises and go running once a week. And health activities were not ignored even when we were going on a trip!

What makes the final day of our trip unforgettable is a running race named “Run with Heart”. We organized the race with the aim of fostering an awareness of building good health. After finishing the 3km race, everyone was tired yet happy with their achievement, but it was the winners and runner-ups who radiated the most jubilance!
